How to reset a forgotten password

Go to the   Home page

1. Click 'Login' in the menu at the top right of the screen 
2. Click on the blue '  Forgot password? Click here' link directly under the 'Log in to Ubookr' button

3. A new window will appear and ask you to enter your email address, enter the email address you use in Ubookr and submit
4 . You will receive an email with a button to Reset your password, click this button
5. A new window will open where you can enter a new password, the new password must be 8 characters or more
