Using a single Google business G Suite account for multiple staff calendars

Ubookr supports this way of centrally managing all your staff's calendars, removing the need for staff to link their own google calendars.

Basically you just need to link the G Suite calendar to one of your permanent bookable staff members, and ask us via live chat or email to link the individual staff calendars that exposes to us to the appropriate staff member.

We recommend naming the staff calendars clearly to enable Ubookr to map them accurately to the correct staff member.

For example for a staff member called "Daniel Yates", it's advisable to have a calendar in G Suite with the same name.
