Do you use Custom Price Groups (which also allow custom services for different groups of customers). In this case, you really need your customers to be logged in so Ubookr can offer them the right services and prices.

Alternatively, you may not want people creating an account from your booking widget and would prefer to setup an account for them.

Enabling "Require an account" on the booking widget in your Company Profile settings gives you control over who can book you, what prices and services they can see, and also ensures they are connected to the correct customer company account, which is important for both Custom Pricing and Invoicing.

Once 'Require an account' is set to 'Yes' , you will be given the option of adding a custom message where you could ask them to call you to set up an account.
