Requiring an account on your embedded booking form.
Do you use Custom Price Groups? They allow custom services and prices for different groups of customers.
In this case, you really need your customers to be logged in so Ubookr can offer them the right services and prices.
Alternatively, you may not want people creating an account from your booking widget and would prefer to setup an account for them, this keeps their business accounts cleaner.
Enabling "Require an account" on the embedded booking widget in your Company Profile Booking Form settings gives you control over who can book you, what prices and services they can see, and also ensures they are connected to the correct customer company account, which is important for both Custom Pricing and Invoicing.
Once 'Require an account' is set to 'Yes' , you will be given the option of adding a custom message where you could ask them to call you to set up an account.
Any changes you make here will be instantly reflected on your own website page (just reload the page if you have it open, we'd recommend opening it in incognito/private mode so you are "logged out")
At the bottom of the page is the code to embed the booking form in any website.
It is an "iframe". We recommend using a separate page (like "Book Now") on your site to embed our widget, with about 600px wide by 800px high in the middle.
You can see a sample of how it works here.
